Alcohol use disorder (AUD)
is a pattern of problematic drinking that runs on a spectrum of mild, moderate, to severe levels of alcohol dependence. Being on the AUD spectrum doesn’t mean you are abnormal—it means it might be time to learn some better coping mechanisms.
