Recoins are earned by:

• Completing daily activities, courses, and challenges
  
• Referring your friends to Reframe
• Just by opening the app every day!
• Completing the checklist when you first sign up
• Sometimes when completing a craving session

Recoins can not be transferred between accounts and accordingly, you also can not combine Recoin balances if you have multiple accounts. However, if you use recoins to purchase a Reframe gift card, you can send it to someone who hasn’t subscribed to Reframe yet.

If you're unable to schedule your coaching session, contact support by shaking your phone or emailing support@reframeapp.com to get a refund on your purchase. 

Reframe Gift Cards can only cover a new monthly subscription to Reframe. It can not be used for existing subscriptions, other recoin store purchases, other Reframe apps, or coaching. It will cover the full months allotted and is not a discount.

• Gift Cards: Refundable if not yet redeemed. 
• Courses: Refundable if the course has not been started.
• Coaching Sessions: Refundable if not booked, canceled at least 24 hours before the session, or canceled by the coach. 
• Charitable Donations: Non-refundable.
